Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription, a pre-order, or a try before you buy program. This policy explains how cancellations and changes work for each type of purchase.
📦 Subscriptions

You may cancel your subscription at any time with no minimum commitment. Cancellation takes effect before your next billing date if received at least 24 hours beforehand.

You can cancel online through your account portal (here) or by email to info@tryedenvia.com. We will confirm cancellation by email within one business day. Shipments already in transit when you cancel are not refundable, but no future charges will be made.
- To keep subscriptions simple and cost-effective, all orders placed with a bundle quantity greater than one will be automatically adjusted to one (1) unit starting with the first subscription rebill, at a discounted price of $33.45 per unit (regularly $78.90).
- If you would prefer to continue receiving a multi-unit bundle, please email our support team at 📧 info@tryedenvia.com and we will arrange bundle pricing for you.
- If a subscription is adjusted by us, we will select the first flavor/product you originally chose and continue to ship that each cycle, unless you update your preferences in your subscription portal or by contacting support.
- We reserve the right to make adjustments to prevent billing issues and to ensure subscriptions remain active and compliant with our system requirements.
- Your payment details are stored securely and will be charged on your selected delivery frequency, unless prepaid. Some subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled after the second billing cycle.

If you believe a charge is in error, we ask that you contact us first at info@tryedenvia.com so we can resolve it directly. In dispute proceedings, we may provide documentation of your order, including your consent to the subscription and delivery confirmation.

⏳ Pre-Orders
- Pre-orders secure products not yet in inventory. Payment may be collected in full, partially, or authorized at checkout, and then charged once the product is ready to ship.
- You may cancel a pre-order if it has not yet been fulfilled or shipped. Once fulfilled, the order cannot be canceled, but you may request a refund or exchange under our refund policy
🛒 Try Before You Buy
- When you select “try before you buy,” your payment method is authorized but not charged at checkout.

Your trial period begins the day your order is delivered. If you do not return the product by the end of the trial period, your payment method will be charged the full purchase price shown at checkout (trial length, price at end of trial, and charge date are shown clearly on the checkout page before you confirm your order).
- If you return the product within the trial period, your authorization will be released. If the trial period passes without a return, your payment method will be charged in full automatically.
